CHECKLIST FOR CONFERENCE HONOREES, SPEAKERS AND ADAO LEADERSHIP
1. BOOK HOTEL ROOM (DEADLINE: ASAP)
We have a limited number of highly discounted rooms ($129 plus tax) at the conference hotel, which is the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA. To receive the discount, book your room online (click here) or via phone (703-920-3230) and tell them that your group code is ADAADAA. Reserve your room soon before all of the discounted rooms are taken! DEADLINE: March 5.
2. REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE (DEADLINE: MARCH 5)

To receive complimentary conference registration, please select “Registration Type: Speakers and Honorees” on the “Registrant Information” page and enter the code 2014aaca If you have already paid for your registration, we would be happy to issue you a refund.

E-mail your completed ADAO Conflict of Interest Form to AAC@asbestosdiseaseawareness.org.
6. FOR PRESENTERS ONLY: E-MAIL YOUR POWERPOINT PRESENTATION AND THE THREE MAJOR TALKING POINTS OF YOUR PRESENTATION (IF APPLICABLE) (DEADLINE: MARCH 5)
E-mail your PowerPoint presentations and the three major talking points of your presentation to AAC@asbestosdiseaseawareness.org. Speakers, please note and abide by the allotted time for your presentation per the conference agenda. Honorees, please abide by the 2 minutes allotted for your acceptance speech.
