CHECKLIST FOR CONFERENCE SPONSORS & DONORS:
1. BOOK HOTEL ROOM (DEADLINE: ASAP)
We have a limited number of highly discounted rooms ($129 plus tax) at the conference hotel, which is the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA. To receive the discount, book your room online (click here) or via phone (703-920-3230) and tell them that your group code is ADAADAA. Reserve your room soon before all of the discounted rooms are taken!
2. REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE (DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 15)

To receive your allotted complimentary conference registration, please select “Registration Type: Speakers and Honorees” on the “Registrant Information” page and enter the code 2014aaca. If you have already paid for your registration, we would be happy to send you a refund.
