For nearly two decades, ADAO has been a leader in the fight against asbestos use and the prevention of asbestos-related diseases. This year, our unwavering commitment has propelled us to the brink of a historic victory: the enactment of the bipartisan Alan Reinstein Ban Asbestos Now Act (ARBAN).

- Continuing Strategic Bipartisan Efforts: We are actively working to secure the passage of the Alan Reinstein Ban Asbestos Now Act, engaging with policymakers across the political spectrum to achieve this crucial legislative goal.
- Hosting Our Impactful Annual Asbestos Awareness and Prevention Conference: Elevating awareness and driving advocacy.
- Holding the EPA Accountable in Risk Evaluations, Management, and Regulations: Shaping science-based asbestos regulations.
- Collaborating with the FDA: Strengthening cosmetics regulations to protect public health.
- Publishing a Comprehensive Report on Asbestos: Providing in-depth insights into asbestos-related challenges.
- Scaling Global Asbestos Awareness Week: Extending our global outreach.
