CHECKLIST FOR CONFERENCE SPEAKERS, SPONSORS, AND HONOREES:
1. BOOK HOTEL ROOM (DEADLINE: ASAP)
We have a limited number of highly discounted rooms ($119 plus tax) at the conference hotel, which is the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA. To receive the discount, book your room online (click here) or via phone (703-920-3230) and tell them that your group code is ADAADAA. Reserve your room soon before all of the discounted rooms are taken!
2. REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE (DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 1)

3. SUBMIT BIO AND PHOTO FOR CONFERENCE PROGRAM (DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 1)
E-mail your personal bio (125 words maximum) and photo to 2013AAC@asbestosdiseaseawareness.org for inclusion in the conference program. For ideas, please view our 2012 conference program (bios start on page 6).
4. RSVP FOR CONFERENCE EVENTS (DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 1)

Speakers, please note and abide by the allotted time for your presentation per the conference agenda. Honorees, please abide by the 2 minutes allotted for your acceptance speech.
